We offer a number of ministries where you can find both a place to serve and a place to be served.  The ministry list below provides a brief description of what they are all about.  You can view some of the ministries in depth by clicking on the ministry name (soon we'll have a page for each ministry!).

INFORMATION BOOTH: Guides visitors and church families with a warm welcome and direction to facilities.

LENDING LIBRARY: Provides the congregation an opportunity to read good Christian literature and videos.

JAVA CUP CAFE: Provides a central location for fellowship, relationship, espresso & other specialty drinks, free regular coffee and donuts... in a welcoming environment and a friendly atmosphere.

AMINISTRATION/OFFICE:  Serve alongside the office staff of Neighborhood Church, assisting in the daily tasks required to meet the needs of our congregation, our ministries, and our Church life.

GREETERS: Make people feel welcome and at home in our Church.  Pass out bulletins and Evangel Magazines.

USHERS: Make people feel welcome and at home in our Church.  Escort people to their seats.  Collect the offerings.

COFFEE & DONUTS:  Provides free regular coffe & donuts for fellowship and gathering, before and after Sunday services.

VISITORS OUTREACH: Reaches out to visitors and make them feel welcome.

COMMUNICATIONS/I.T.:  To staff and support the Communications and Information Technologies of the Church.

WORSHIP/MUSIC:  Leads the Church into the presence of our Lord through music.

COMMUNION/BAPTISM:  To assist in the serving of Communion and the Baptism Ministry.

DRAMA TEAM: Provides entertaining and encouraging skits to illustrate a point in the weekly service.

PARKING LOT: Show Christ's hospitality to strangers and the body of Christ, as soon they drive into the Church driveway!

SMALL GROUPS:  The Small Group Ministry is formed as a way to gather in fellowship to grow in faith by showing hospitality to others.  Small Groups allows us to take Church out of the Church building and into our homes and communities.  By doing this, we are able to discuss the Sunday services in a smaller group environment.  Discussing and learning from each other.  Experiencing the joy and blessing of true fellowship.

PRAYER:  LIFTED-UP is our church prayer & intercession team.  They are responsible for covering the church, staff, pastors, ministry leaders, and the congregation up in prayer.  Weekly they receive the prayer requests and lift them up on behalf of those who have submitted their requests.

COUPLES MINISTRY:  Our Couples Ministry brings opportunities for fun, growth, and fellowship for couples that are married, engaged, or just dating!  We get together for a mix of fellowship events.

WOMENS MINISTRY: To lead ladies that do not know Jesus into a relationship with Him.  To disciple ladies into a walk with Jesus.  We strive to bring out what God has put in each woman so that she can be all that God has intended for her to be in her life, her family, her workplace, her church and her community.  

MAINTENANCE/UPKEEP:   To keep the Church in good repair and do projects to enhance the Church campus.

MEN'S MINISTRY: To build up men within the body to become the awesome men of God they were intended to be.

COLLEGE AND CAREER:  To help with the spiritual growth of the college and career persons.  Provide fellowship opportunites through Bible study, prayer, worship and fun events.

SIGN:  To encourage and uplift passerby's with the sign at the front of the Church building.

STUDENT MINISTRY:  Bring students into a lasting and growing relationship and friendship with God and others.

MISSIONETTES: To win girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance.  Providing an environment for girls to develop their spiritual gifts and abilities.  Provide encouragement, support and accountability through lasting Christian relationships.

ROYAL RANGERS:  To reach, teach and keep boys for Christ.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY:  To provide a fun safe place where every child can build a relationship with Jesus Christ and learn how to worship God.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY: Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the 8 Recovery Principles, and the 12-Step Program.

UPPER ROOM: Minister to the needs of the community through food, clothes and prayer.

ON THE RUN FOR JESUS: By offering a free meal to the needy, gives them hope to be able to cope with the stress of the day. To develop a relationship with an unbeliever that will eventually lead them to the Lord.

HOMELESS PARK OUTREACH:  Park outreach to the homeless, providing coffee & donuts, some meals.  This is the extended 'hands' of On The Run For Jesus.
